The processing of personal data is based on the legitimate interest of the data controller aimed at facilitating exchanges and ensuring communication with the general public.

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • To ensure the security of the website;
  • Subject to your consent: to manage and optimize customer relations;

When our visitors explicitly provide us with their contact information to download a resource or request to be contacted, we collect personal data. Personal data collected by namR when accessing its resources is kept for a maximum of 36 months from the date of collection, in order to continue to inform users of the evolution of our services and the availability of new content.

The cookies installed during navigation on the site expire automatically after a period of 12 months without having consulted the site.

Recipients of personal data

For the above-mentioned purposes, your data may be communicated in whole or in part

  • to legally authorized third parties (e.g. police authorities in the context of judicial requests);
  • to the persons who, within the organization, are in charge of providing the requested services;

Transfer of data outside the European Union

Personal data is not transferred to any country outside of the European Union. 

The data necessary for the elaboration of statistics and audience metrics may be processed outside the EU, in accordance with the data management policy set up by the manager of each publisher.

The Data Controller undertakes to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the personal data processed. They also ensures that subcontractors are committed to implementing technical and organizational measures to guarantee an appropriate level of security. 

Your rights

In accordance with the regulations, you can access data concerning yourself. If necessary, you may request the rectification or deletion of such data, obtain a restriction on the processing of such data, or object to it for reasons relating to your particular situation. You can also define directives concerning the conservation, deletion, and communication of your personal data after your death.
